Eligible products may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
All returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received.
All returns must be notified to us prior to returning the item(s) with the invoice number. You will be provided with an RMA number which you will have to include in the return.
Returned products must be in good condition ( NO open items).
Defective items must be reported within 30 days of the ship date received.
If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving merchandize.
We exchange products within 30 days of the ship date. A 20% of restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by customer at the time of delivery, or on non-defective returned merchandize.
Store credit will be issued for your returned merchandise after product is received in our warehouse.
Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing.
